This segment is an encore interview. Dr. Blackburn is an Australian-American who is currently the President of the Salk Institute of Biological Studies. She received the 2009 Nobel Piece Prize in Psychology or Medicine for co-discovering the telomerase.  She joined the show to discuss her book The Telomere Effect: A Revolutionary Approach to Living Younger, Healthier, Longer.

Masters works for the PR agency Qorivis MSLGROUP and joins the show to talk about President Barack Obama and how the economy has changed since he has come into office and what we should look for when President-elect Trump comes into office.

Jim chats about the future with President-elect Trump, issues with Russia. He also chats with callers about who they think is worse out of Hillary Clinton or Vladimir Putin.

Josh Palmintier is an attorney here in Baton Rouge. He stopped by to talk about the case involving the wall on the Baton Rouge interstate that people are claiming is responsible for the flood happening over the summer; he is the lead attorney on the case.

The author joined the show to discuss the book he currently is writing on boxer Joe Frazier. He is the author of many books and was the recipient of the 2013 PEN/ESPN award for Literary Sports Writing. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park for his college undergraduate years.
