Dr. Blackburn is an Australian-American who is currently the President of the Salk Institute of Biological Studies. She received the 2009 Nobel Piece Prize in Psychology or Medicine for co-discovering the telomerase. She joined the show to discuss her book The Telomere Effect: A Revolutionary Approach to Living Younger, Healthier, Longer.
