Raegan Carter with Smoke Free East Baton Rouge chats with Jim about the organization's new campaign to protect employees, musicians and entertainers in bars and casinos from secondhand smoke. Carter says this is the perfect time to make the push for a smoking ban in these establishments with a new mayor and council. 

Josh Bernstein

TV host and spokesperson for the Association of Mature American Citizens Josh Bernstein joins the conversation to comment on Jacob Schwartz, a Democratic DeBlasio employee who has been arrested on charges of possession of child pornography. Bernstein says this type of behavior seems to be more prevalent in the Democratic party.

Hillar Moore

East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore joins Jim in studio to discuss his recent trip to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to witness the trials of those in connection with the 9/11 attack. Moore also comments on the video released of a fight in Tigerland and the future of the Alton Sterling case. He also mentions the fatal shooting of 18-year-old McKinley High School quarterback Bryant Lee.
