Director of Minority Outreach of the Louisiana GOP Elbert Guillory joins Jim in the second hour to discuss how he is working to get more African Americans in the Republican party. 

Jim Donelon

State Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon closes out the second hour by discussing the Astros' win over the Dodgers. Donelon is a big fan of the LA Dodgers. He also comments on open enrollment for health care plans covered under the Affordable Care Act.
