Dr. Harry Edwards

Edwards is currently Professor Emeritus in the Department of Sociology of California at Berkeley. Dr. Edwards also has a long and storied history of activism focused upon developments at the interface of sport, race, and society. He discusses the effects of media and the 21st century on young African American athletes today in his book, "Sociology of Sports."
