Graves believes Louisiana needs a tailored recovery plan for this disaster because the damage was so extreme. He gives an update on the efforts to enhance the recovery from the flooding.

She says part of the problem this time around is that short term fixes have already been used.
Deslatte had the opportunity to speak with the Governor who said when he talks to legislators about the budget on February 27th he'll indicate it will contain deep cuts, but the administration will have a package of "suggested solutions."
