Hour One

Jim Henderson

Jim Henderson is the current UL system president; he became president at UL after leaving his presidential posit at Northwestern State University. Henderson mainly discussed education and how to better Louisiana as a state.

Clarence Fountain

Clarence Fountain is a member of the 5 time Grammy Award-winning gospel group, The Blind Boys of Alabama. He discussed with Jim his the group and his upcoming documentary. The documentary is titled, The Book of Clarence. 

Hour Two

Dan Borne

Dan Borne joined the show to discuss his life and career. You might recognize his voice from announcing LSU football games as the voice of Death Valley. Borne received his Master's from Louisiana State University in the Manship School.

Fa-kouri joins the show to talk about the receding coastline and the risk of biochemicals learned about in Louisiana since the excessive flooding this past year.

Dan Borne

The public address announcer at Tiger Stadium and the PMAC joins the show to talk about the future of the LSU Tigers, U.S. presidents, and Borne's career.  Borne makes his way to the studio after welcoming a new grandchild this afternoon.

The former Voice of LSU's Tiger Stadium talks with Jim about the recent flooding and sports at LSU.  Borne remembers Chris Jackson, Shaquille o'neal and how Les Miles and his team will need to come back from a losing opener this season.

Stuart Feigley

Stuart Feigley of WrightFeigley Communications joins the show to remember his partner, the late, Jeff Wright. Jeff Wright co-founded WrightFeigley Communications with Stuart Feigley in November, 2006. Wright is being inducted into the LSU Manship School for Mass Communication's Hall of Fame tonight.

Gene Mills

Rev. Gene Mills is the President of Louisiana Family Forum (LFF) and Louisiana Family Forum Action (LFFA).  This organization is committed to defending faith, freedom and the traditional family in the great state of Louisiana.  Mills talks about the recent tragedies in Louisiana in connection with religion and faith of the people in Louisiana.

One of the nation’s leading immigration and Asian American historians, Erika Lee teaches American history at the University of Minnesota, where she holds the Rudolph J. Matt Parker

Matt Parker created  his own auto collision repair business.  He has never held public office in Louisiana.  Parker shares why he is running for Insurance Commissioner of Louisiana and why he can make a difference.

Dan Borne is the President of the Louisiana Chemical Association.  He addresses the 1 cent sales tax on utilities and electricity that is being reinstated.  It will be a new tax for many businesses though it was originally a tax prior to the 80s.

John Delgado is a Metro City Councilman for District 12 and an attorney.  He discusses the proposal and protests regarding making St. George its own school district.  At least 16 million dollars has been annexed out of the potential area for the City of St. George.
